Investigation of Charismatic Leadership in Coaching Behavior Patterns
Abstract:Nowadays, competitive sports are changing and training and performance are improving rapidly. The role of coaches become more and more important. Coach is the leader as well as the key person of the team. The purpose of this study was to discuss charismatic leadership and how it could be applied in the athletic fields. Charismatic leadership can also fulfill the shortcoming of other style of leadership so that the team members can be autonomic and creative when pursuing their goals. (Full text)
